Hey, I'm Nil.
I’m a backend engineer who likes to figure out how things work—usually by breaking them first.
This site is where I dump my notes on Go, distributed systems, and the weird edge cases I run into at work. It’s less “thought leader” and more “here’s what I learned after debugging for 6 hours.”
I also built the Developer Toolkit because I got tired of explaining DNS recursion with hand waves. It’s a bunch of interactive simulations that show you what’s actually happening on the wire.
Feel free to look around. If you spot a typo or a bad opinion, let me know.
